What We Will Learn:
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, students will have knowledge of the components of mindfulness practices that may reduce stress and improve self-awareness and professional presence.

About Kathleen Helen Lisson
Kathleen Helen Lisson uses her lymphedema therapy, mindfulness and health coaching skills to help people recover from surgery and optimize self-care in the midst of chronic illness.
She holds a Bachelors of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy, is board certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork and is a Lymphedema Therapist. She is also an ACE certified health coach and MMI certified meditation teacher.
She has spoken at the: American Venous and Lymphatic Society (AVLS), Fat Disorders Resource Society (FDRS), MLD UK, and National Lymphedema Network (NLN) conferences. She is a NCBTMB approved continuing education provider.
