Are you preparing for liposuction or Brazilian Butt Lift surgery?

I found that many clients were scared that they were going to lose their booty after a BBL if they tried exercising (you cannot spot reduce fat!).

Other clients were surprised when I told them that specific exercises can target different parts of their gluteal muscles and enable them to enhance their BBL results.

We all know that abdominal exercises can improve the look of our waist, but what exercises are best after liposuction? So many videos on YouTube just talk about fat loss (which you DON'T want after a BBL) or do abdominal exercises sitting on the ground (and you DON'T want to sit so soon after your BBL).

So, I created the Six Minute Faja workout, a series of gentle body weight exercises that beginners can do to build a good foundation for future exercise.

Before You Begin an Exercise Program

Has a doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?

Do you feel pain in your chest during physical activity?

Since your surgery, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?

Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever faint?

Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity like exercising?

Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (for example, water pills) for your blood pressure or heart condition?

Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, please consult your primary care physician before starting an exercise program.

Are you ready to work out?

What should you eat to reduce swelling, reduce fibrosis and recover faster from plastic surgery?

What nutrients your body needs to heal. I share that research in the Southern California Plastic Surgery Cookbook - the class.
