First, you'll join me (via video) at my studio in San Diego where I'll share some types of foam clients can use to reduce swelling and fibrosis.

Then we'll take a deep dive into fibrosis. We'll learn what it is and look at ways Certified Lymphedema Therapists reduce it in their clinics.

Finally, we'll look at the role of compression in reducing swelling and fibrosis.

Throughout the class, I'll share resources you can use (if you want) to learn even more about fibrosis and compression.
